If you have developed the perfect ribbon customization and you want everyone in your department to have the same customization, you can export all the ribbon customizations.
To export the changes, follow these steps:
Right-click the ribbon and select Customize The Ribbon.
Below the right list box, select Import/Export, Export All Customizations.
Browse to a folder and provide a name for the customization file. The file type will be .exportedUI. Click OK.
In Windows Explorer, find the .exportedUI file. Copy it to a coworker’s computer.
On the coworker’s computer, repeat step 1. In step 2, select Import Customization File. Find the file and click OK.
